No — take as long as you need to hit your target. Evaluation models carry a minimum of 3 trading days before you can pass; each model's rules are shown on its card.
1-Step: 10%. 2-Step: 8% then 5%. Instant Funding: none. Targets are measured on balance.
Passing is confirmed after a short verification window, then admin issues your next-phase (or funded) credentials and a verifiable certificate. Funded accounts follow a KYC + risk check.
Request a withdrawal from your dashboard once eligible. Payouts are processed within 5 hours — if we're ever late, we add 50% to that payout automatically.
On 1-Step and 2-Step funded accounts, each payout unlocks after 14 trading days (any day with at least one trade closed) in the current cycle — counted from funding for your first payout, then from your last paid payout after that. On Instant Funding accounts, each payout unlocks after 5 profitable trading days, where a day counts as profitable only if its realized gain is at least 0.5% of that day's starting balance. Your dashboard's payout section shows exactly how many qualifying days are left until your next payout.
You keep 80% of the profits you generate on a funded account.
Once you meet the payout schedule for your model — 14 trading days on 1-Step/2-Step, or 5 profitable trading days (each a day up at least 0.5%) on Instant Funding — and your KYC is verified. KYC must be complete before your first payout, and your dashboard counts down the days remaining.
Yes — on 1-Step and 2-Step models your full fee is refunded with your 4th payout. Instant Funding fees are not refundable.
Yes — on a funded account. Every position must be held for at least 2 minutes; a trade held under 2 minutes is a warning on the first occurrence and a breach on the second, and such trades are excluded from your results and can void a payout.
News trading is allowed on the 1-Step and 2-Step models, but you may not open or close a position within 5 minutes before or 5 minutes after a major (high-impact) news event affecting that instrument's currency pair. First occurrence is a warning; a second is a breach. Instant Funding restricts high-impact news trading entirely.
No over-leveraging — you may not use more than 80% margin at any time. Over-leveraging is a soft breach: a warning on the first occurrence, a breach on the second. Leverage is capped per model: 1:50 (1-Step), 1:100 (2-Step), 1:30 (Instant).
High-frequency trading (HFT), all forms of arbitrage (including latency and hedge arbitrage), hedging on the same or linked accounts, over-leveraging or exceeding 80% margin, copy trading or signal copying across accounts, group or third-party managed trading, exploiting demo/price-feed errors, tick scalping, and gambling-style all-in or martingale-only trading.
No. Holding opposing positions — a buy and a sell on the same instrument at the same time — for more than 1 minute is hedging and is an immediate hard breach. A brief overlap during a genuine reversal is fine, but sustained opposing exposure ends the account and we'll email you a hedging-violation notice.
No — changing your MT5 trading password is prohibited, because it is the main way accounts get shared or handed to someone else. If your login can no longer be verified, the account is suspended for manual review (not closed automatically). If you genuinely need your password changed, contact IXU Capital support and we will do it for you.
This limit applies on funded accounts. On Instant Funding you may risk a maximum of 1% of account equity per trade — whether that's a single position or several positions open at once. If account equity reaches −1%, the account is permanently terminated. On 1-Step and 2-Step funded accounts the limit is 2% risk per trade.
Maximum daily loss is 5% and maximum overall loss is 10% of the starting balance (per model). Breaching either ends that account immediately.
No — positions must be closed before the weekend on the 1-Step, 2-Step, and Instant models. Only the Swing model allows holding trades over the weekend (and through news).
Yes — this applies to every account (evaluation and funded). You must place at least one trade every 14 calendar days. If 14 days pass with no trading activity, the account is breached. The countdown runs from your last trade — or, before your very first trade, from the day the account was issued — so keeping the account active simply means trading at least once each fortnight.
Soft breaches — the 2-minute minimum hold time, the news window and over-leveraging (more than 80% margin) — carry a warning on the first occurrence and a breach on the second. Hard breaches — the loss limits, maximum risk per trade, weekend holding and 14-day inactivity — end the account immediately. Serious violations, such as exploiting feed errors or coordinated multi-account trading, are also an immediate breach.
Yes. Accounts won through a giveaway or promotion trade on reduced leverage of 1:10, and the 2% maximum-risk-per-trade limit applies on every phase — the evaluation phases as well as the funded stage (on standard paid accounts the 2% risk cap applies on the funded stage only). Every other rule matches the account's model (for example a 2-Step giveaway follows the 2-Step targets and loss limits). These conditions keep promotional accounts within a controlled risk profile.
Yes. Every trader gets a personal referral link from the Affiliate page in their dashboard. When someone signs up or buys a challenge through your link, you earn a commission — paid to you in crypto.
The standard commission is 10% of every challenge purchased through your link (close partners can arrange a higher rate). Commissions appear in your Affiliate dashboard and are paid to your USDT (TRC-20) wallet once approved by our finance team.
Your link is ixucapital.app/r/YOURCODE. It attributes anyone who signs up or checks out through it for 30 days — even if they browse the site first or buy as a guest without registering.
No self-referrals — you earn nothing on your own purchases or your own accounts. No spam, misleading claims, or promises of guaranteed profit; no bidding on IXU Capital brand terms in ads; and no impersonating the firm. Commissions on refunded or charged-back orders are voided. Breaking these can suspend your affiliate account and forfeit unpaid commissions.
From your dashboard, open KYC and upload a government ID plus proof of address. Review is usually within 24 hours. KYC is required before your first payout.
Yes — you can hold more than one IXU Capital account at the same time, and run several evaluations or funded accounts in parallel (up to a combined maximum allocation of $400K in funded capital). What is not allowed is coordinating trades across accounts — copy or mirror trading, group passing, or hedging one account against another. Trade each account independently on its own merits.
